One of the most popular and addictive (sorry) chocolate we make for Xmas.

Toffee is sugar allowed to change, run a little wild. The cook has to be perfect, not too hard, not too sticky, just luscious with a soft buttery snap. The toffee is steeped in the warming spices of gingerbread, and dipped in milk chocolate making this the fuzzy sweater, feel good chocolate of the season.
