General
Our shop is located at 73 Roncesvalles Ave, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All orders ship from this location.

Shipping within Canada

UPS Standard is available to ON, QC, BC, MB, AB, SK, NS, NB, NL, and PE.

Canada Post is available to NU, YT, NT, and Canadian PO boxes.

We don’t currently offer local delivery within the GTA. Please select UPS at checkout.

Store pickup
Select the pickup option at checkout to reserve your order, then collect it at 73 Roncesvalles Ave during regular store hours.

International orders
For orders shipping outside Canada, shipping and duties are calculated at checkout. International orders ship via FedEx or DHL, depending on the destination and available service.

Return and refund policy

Order cancellations
To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@baabaazaar.com with your order details as soon as possible, before your order ships. 

In-store purchases
In-store purchases have a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in the condition they were purchased in. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Online purchases within Canada
Online purchases shipped within Canada have a 30-day return window from delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and review your return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method and send a confirmation email.

Online purchases shipped to the European Union
EU customers can exercise the applicable 14-day right of withdrawal. Contact us at hello@baabaazaar.com to request a return or cancellation.

Online purchases shipped to the United States and other non-EU international destinations covered by our final-sale rules
These purchases are final sale and aren’t eligible for returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us before shipment if you need to request a cancellation.
