Where is Baa Baazaar located?

Our shop is located at 73 Roncesvalles Ave in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All orders ship from this location.

What shipping methods do you offer?

• UPS Standard (ON, QB, BC, MN, AB, SK, NS, NB, NL, PE)
• Canada Post (NU, YK, NT, Canadian PO boxes)

Do you offer pick-up in store?

Yes! You can select a pick-up option during checkout to reserve your order at our 73 Roncesvalles Ave location. Pick-ups can be preformed during our regular store hours.

 

 

FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

Do you offer local delivery within the GTA?

At this time, we do not offer local delivery. Please choose UPS and we will ship your package to you.

 

 

FOR US CUSTOMERS

At this time we are not shipping to the US unless you get in touch with us about a special order.

This is due to the cancellation of the de minimis exemption for commercial shipments on August 29, 2025, which eliminated duty-free and simplified customs treatment for goods. This change means most commercial imports, including those from Canada, are now subject to all applicable duties and full customs clearance procedures. Because the tariffs, and especially the BROKERAGE fees to calculate these tariffs, are now so overwhelmingly high, we can't cover the cost and can't in good faith pass these charges on to you.

 

We love our US customers and we hope that things will get back to normal at some point in the near future. If you are okay with incurring brokerage and duties fees, reach out to us and we can put a shipment together for you.

 

 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

I'd like to cancel my order

We can accommodate cancellations and refunds of any orders, provided that you get in touch with us prior to your order being shipped. To check the status of your order, look for the order confirmation email in your inbox or reach out to us at hello@baabaazaar.com with your order details.

Do you offer returns?

Orders purchased in-store have a refund window of 30-days. Returns must be in the same condition that they were when purchased. Refunds must be issued to the same form of payment that they were originally purchased with. 

Orders purchased online within Canada have a refund window of 30-days from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with shipping returns. Refunds will be issued once the order has been received by our team and reviewed. You will receive a confirmation email when a refund has been issued. While we would love to cover return costs, we are a very small business and can only offer returns if shipping is covered by the customer. We appreciate your understanding.
