IN-STORE RETURN POLICY: Exchange or store credit is available for all non-sale items returned within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned goods must be in perfect condition.  Promotional sales events and discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.  

ONLINE RETURN POLICY: We will exchange all non-sale if posted by trackable mail or courier within 7 days of receiving the order. Item must arrive to the shop within 30 days of receipt. *objects and final sale items cannot be refunded for online sales* Please notify us via e-mail why the item is being returned and if you would like an exchange, store credit or refund. Returns will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed. You will not be refunded for any shipping fees on your original order. Please allow up to 10 days for returns to appear on your credit card statement/Paypal account.  Unfortunately, being a small new business we do expect online return mailing fees to be absorbed by the returner. We hope that as we grow we can change this and be able to cover these costs in the future.
