Outer cover is washable which will provide you with a clean and relaxing experience each time you use it. Hand wash cold/lay to dry.
Put one of these pillows in the microwave for 30-60 seconds and use as a heating pad or place pillow in a large ziplock and freeze overnight. After a long day, the cool and fragrant pillow allows you to relax and unwind.
