Our shop is located at 73 Roncesvalles Ave in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All orders ship from this location.

Shipping methods:

• UPS Standard (ON, QC, BC, MB, AB, SK, NS, NB, NL, PE)
• Canada Post (NU, YT, NT, and Canadian PO boxes)

Pick-up in store: Select the pick-up option at checkout to reserve your order, then collect it at 73 Roncesvalles Ave during regular store hours.

Canadian Customers

We do not currently offer local delivery within the GTA. Please select UPS at checkout and we'll ship your order to you.

US Customers

We are not currently shipping to the US, unless you contact us directly to arrange a special order.

This pause is due to the cancellation of the de minimis exemption for commercial shipments on August 29, 2025, which removed duty-free, simplified customs treatment for goods entering the US. Most commercial imports — including from Canada — are now subject to full duties and customs clearance, and the brokerage fees required to calculate them have become prohibitively expensive. We can't absorb these costs, and we don't feel right passing them on to you.

We love our US customers and hope things return to normal soon. If you're comfortable covering brokerage and duty fees yourself, get in touch and we'll put a shipment together for you.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancelling an order: We're happy to cancel or refund an order any time before it ships. To check your order status, look for your confirmation email, or contact us at hello@baabaazaar.com with your order details.

Returns:

In-store purchases have a 30-day refund window from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the condition they were purchased in; refunds go back to the original payment method.

Online purchases within Canada have a 30-day refund window from the delivery date. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll issue your refund and send a confirmation email. We'd love to cover return shipping, but as a small business, we can only offer returns when the customer covers the cost — thank you for understanding.

Online purchases shipped to the US are final sale, no returns.
