Blue pottery is widely recognized as a traditional craft from Jaipur, Rajastan in India. 

It is made out of a mix of quartz stone powder, powdered glass, Fuller's Earth, borax, gum and water, these ingredients are made into a clay-like consistency, put into molds, glazed and low-fired.
