The Baroncini Olive Oil is made with two of the most famous Sicilian varieties Nocellara del Belice, and Cerasuola. The Nocellara del Belice Variety (Commonly known as the Castelvetrano Variety). Its flavour is buttery, pizzicato with notes of tomato leaf, and bitter almond. It's an ancient variety that has been growing in Sicily since 3000 B.C.E. This fruit is harvested at the beginning of October, and cold pressed within hours of being picked. This guarantees a fresher, greener, and delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Apart from being one of the most delicious varieties, it's definitely one of the healthiest.
